Easy 4-Day Returns

We want you to love your Feujo handbag. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return within 4 days of receiving your parcel.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The handbag must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• The bag must be in its original packaging with all tags and dust bags intact.
• Items damaged through daily use or improper care cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

1. Send an email to feujosupport@gmail.com within 4 days of delivery.
2. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for the return or exchange.
3. Our support team will guide you through the return pickup or parcel dispatch process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or send out your exchange. Approved refunds are issued directly via bank transfer within 3 to 5 business days.
